New Office Supplies Contract

After several months of negotiations, FSU now has a new agreement in place with Office Depot. The new agreement is the result of a Joint effort among several universities within the State University System of Florida yielding deep discounted pricing that will be held firm for first 12 months of the contract term. In addition, FSU's top 250 items were reviewed and added to an FSU specific customer core list with a minimum 5% aggregate savings over current pricing. The Non-Core items are made up of product from the Office Depot catalog and are based on the lower of discount from list or Office Depot web pricing. The discounts range from 5% - 75% off list or web pricing. In addition, there will be deeply discounted pricing for copy paper:

Item # 196517 Boise X-9 standard copy paper, 8.5x11, 20# Bright White Virgin, case of 10 reams for $27.99/case.
Item # 116946 Boise Aspen  8.5x11, 20# Multipurpose Paper, 30% recycled, case of 10 reams for $29.99/case.

All pricing has been updated to reflect the FSU contract pricing for office supplies, toner, paper, and art supplies. SpearMart Shoppers can set up a cart and assign it to their requester or you can establish the cart yourself when creating the requisition.  We appreciate your patience while we worked out the details in getting this robust catalog set up for your convenience. Remember to use the vendor "TBD" or "0000005914" when selecting the vendor in the Define Requisition step for all SpearMart orders.
