FSU is pleased to announce that RGH Enterprises/Staples will be the University’s primary contracted supplier for office products effective immediately. The new catalog with enhanced pricing is located on the front page of SpearMart under the section for Books/Office Supplies.
After an extensive pricing analysis of over 3,000 SKU’s, we have calculated RGH/Staples’ pricing to be an aggregate cost decrease from current pricing, and 3% more competitive than pricing proposed by its major competitor. We understand the importance of ease of use and great service to everyone, and we have engaged with RGH Enterprises/Staples to ensure a program that is simple to use, easy to manage, and tailored to the specific needs of FSU.
Working with our dedicated RGH/Staples team, FSU has created a customized program with easy online ordering, fast and free delivery, consistent product selection, and empowered and responsive customer service. Our dedicated RGH/Staples Account Manager will work with us on a routine basis to ensure the program evolves with our changing needs. Benefits of the program include:
- Dedicated account management and excellent customer service
- Fast and free next-business-day delivery as standard shipping on supplies
- "No hassle" returns policy. Return shipping and restocking fees are waived for items returned unused within 30 days - regardless of the reason for the return (even if the item was ordered in error).
- Promotional pricing. Promotional prices lower than the contract price will be passed along to the University.
- Availability of new items. As new items are added to RGH/Staples product offerings, campus users can buy these new items at the same discount levels.
The current ODP (Office Depot Products) catalog for office supplies will remain open through May 15, 2023, after which limited supplies will be available for order.
