A new electronic Procurement Manual, which identifies procedures for purchasing goods and services, has been posted to the Procurement Services website.
It was developed to promote the use of good business practices, to ensure that the University meets state and federal requirements, and to limit the University’s risk and liability exposure.
The various sections of the manual address an overview of the buying process, procurement procedures, contract administration and other additional resources.
This manual also provides links to regulations and statutes, charts, reference guides and FAQs.
From time to time procedures will be added and/or deleted, and sections updated, therefore refer back to ensure the most current information.
