Please be advised of an important update concerning the National Gift Card (NGC) punchout catalog. NGC has been sold and has notified FSU that they will discontinue their gift card catalog as of Thursday, February 29th, at the close of business hours. Following the shutdown, no further orders can be accepted from this catalog. Any physical cards can no longer be refunded/replaced after February 29th.
Please notify purchasers that new digital cards are no longer possible on the current NGC platform, however, ongoing support for existing digital cards will continue until March 31, 2024. In case you encounter any issues or require support throughout this timeframe, please provide the following details and the dedicated Blackhawk Support team will use this information to liaise with the legacy content provider’s customer service team and ensure your needs are addressed promptly. To facilitate a smooth transition, we are in the process of working with Blackhawk Network for a new punchout platform supported by Hawk Marketplace which will serve as your go-to solution for reward card /gift card needs. Until this is up and running, when physical gift cards are necessary for research, you can request a cash advance. There are two (2) other gift card companies that can be utilized for PCard use only, which are Prolific and Tango. Please note that Prolific and Tango are digital gift card vendors only.
