JAI (JAGGAER AI) Launches in SpearMart

Procurement Services is pleased to announce the launch of JAI (JAGGAER AI) in SpearMart, effective October 1, 2026.

JAI is an embedded AI assistant designed to help users navigate SpearMart and the university contract management system by answering process questions, providing workflow guidance, and helping users locate requisition and contract information.

How JAI Can Help

Ask JAI questions such as:

• How do I create a requisition?
• What should the due date be on my order?
• What requisitions are waiting for my approval?

Best Practices

For the most useful results:

• Be specific when describing your question or issue.
• Verify information before relying on it for business decisions.
