Winter Break Important Dates
Procurement Services will be closed beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2026, and will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2027. Please be aware of the following deadlines and important dates for Procurement Services and Contracts as we approach the university’s Winter Break.

| Departmental Requisition Approvals* | Close of business Wednesday, December 16th |
Must be approved by department approvers in Spearmart and routed to Procurement Services |
| PCard Waiver Requests | Close of business Wednesday, December 16th |
Must be approved by department approvers and routed to Procurement Services |
*Any commodities or services ordered and commencing during winter break must have a PO in place prior to services commencement. If there is an emergent issue during winter break, please email rmurton@fsu.edu for immediate assistance.
