How To Order

New In-Store Purchasing Procedures

To ensure you receive FSU contract pricing and tax exemption, all FSU employees must follow these steps:

• Check Out at the Pro Desk: All university purchases must be processed through the dedicated Pro Desk.
• Identify the FSU Account: Provide the cashier with TEMS #500808008 or the account phone number 850-644-6850.
•  Required Documentation: You must present your FSU ID and use an official university P-Card or Purchase Order (P.O.) to complete the transaction.

Contract Benefits & Savings

• Standard Discounts: Departments receive a 7% to 20% discount on in-store purchases and online orders  via Lowes.com.
• Paint & Supplies: A 20% discount is available for all paints, stains, and primers when using FSU PRO ID #8024A577FD (or phone number 850-644-6850). 
• Bulk Savings: Get savings when you buy contractor packs or place large orders.
• Professional Support: Access dedicated Pro loaders, Pro parking, and curbside pickup to expedite your job.

Online Ordering & Quote Procedures

If your department intends to order online or build quotes at Lowe’s Pro using a P-Card, you must contact Procurement Services first to be added to the university's master account.

• Quote Accuracy: You should build your quote online before entering a requisition for a P.O. to ensure all contract pricing is accurate.
• Maximizing Savings: To ensure the best price on large orders, build your quote online and email it to the local Lowe's PRO Team or Jason Finch.
