How To Order
Requisition in SpearMart or Pcard can be used but only for FSU Fleet Vehicles. If a Pcard is used please provide the Vehicle tag# on the receipt.

A competitively solicited FSU contract # # ITN 6269-A
Term: 10/4/2021 through 06/30/2024 with up to 2 additional one year of renewals
Delivery Terms: F.O.B. Destination.
FSU has contracted with the Take 5 Oil Change Inc. to provide vehicle oil change for the entire campus.
Special Notes
- When purchasing service using a Services Fixed Form, you must select Vendor ID 0000071213
- When receiving the order in SpearMart make sure to do a receipt for each invoice, do not combine invoices as AP will not be able to pay.
- If your department would like a Digital Fleet Card emailed, please contact Ligia Collins at the email address above.
- Value added benefits include Employee & Student Discounting: Students and employees will receive 15% off conventional oil changes and 20% off premium oil changes, wiper blades, filters, and coolant flushes at your Take 5 Oil Change Shops. Students and Employees will present their current ID cards to be eligible and will pay at time of service.
