Copiers and Printers Contract
The Office of Business Services offers a campus wide contract for Multifunctional Document Devices with RJ Young Company. The contract offers basic copying, network printing, scanning, and faxing. Maintenance is included with copiers in the cost per copy charge. Maintenance plans include preventative maintenance, repair service, parts, labor, and all consumables including toner and staples (paper not included.) Contract number: 2019-ProcSrv-00230. Contract expiration date: May 1, 2025. Renewals: Three one-year renewals available.
