Entering an SpearMart requisition is the first way to order from this vendor.

When purchasing books and media not found in Complete Book's Punch-Out Catalog using a Non-Catalog form in SpearMart, you must ensure you change the fulfillment address to MAIN.

Make sure when doing your requisition that you change the “ship to” to your address so that you receive desktop delivery.

If you cannot find an item in the catalog, please contact the Quotes Team directly. Be sure to give them a complete description and/or the ISBN of the item and they may be able to find the item or an equivalent.

When ordering books or media please code as “books or library books” not “educational material” even if the supplies are to be used in a classroom.

When receiving the order in OMNI make sure to do a receipt for each invoice, do not combine invoices as AP will not be able to pay.
