Contract Information
A competitively bid contract by the City of Tallahassee, Contract #4233, awarded to Neece Tire and Auto Service.
Term: 8/1/2018 - 7/31/2023 extended for a 5-year term to 7/31/2028.
Delivery Terms: F.O.B. Destination.
Special Notes
- Reference Contract #4233 when obtaining pricing or ordering.
- Pricing: During the Term of the contract, the University shall pay the Contractor for Tires and Accessories ordered and received by the University based upon the Contractor's current pricing at the time a particular order is placed, provided, however, that such price shall not exceed the following: (i) for new tires, a cost equal to the "G" number cost provided by Goodyear Tire and Rubber company or (ii) for recap tires and accessories, the pricing limitations set forth in the Proposal.
